The foundation aims to support music students majoring in accordion, or any other activity whose primary purpose is to raise the level of performance on the accordion.

The Board
Benny Kjeldsen
Benny Kjeldsen has been accordion player for decades contributing with great interest and work effort at several cultural events with the accordion as focal point. Benny holds a diploma in specialized technical studies and has worked as a mechanic, service engineer and foreman until 1981, where after he started his own company BK Truck og Rengøringsmaskiner, which he ran until his retirement in 2002. Besides his position in this foundation he is also on the board of the Danish Accordion Academy.
Carsten Holbek
Began at the age of 3 - together with Helgi Dyremose and his brother Hans Joergen Holbek - to take Melodica lessons from Lars Dyremose in the Montessori Kindergarten. For many years member of the Jeanette Dyremose Ensemble. Soloist as well as member of the Trio Jollyday. Teacher at the Det Danske Harmonika Akademi.
Helgi Dyremose
Began at the age of 3 to take Melodica lessons from his father Lars Dyremose in the Montessori Kindergarten. 1985 - 11 years old - won an accordion prize in Klingenthal (DE). For many years drummer and percussionist of the Jeanette Dyremose Ensemble and the Jollyday Band. Former tambour in The Royal Danish Lifeguard. For years managing director of Jollyday A/S. Today he runs the music department of Dyremose A/S together with his mother Jeanette Dyremose, and performs his duties as a captain and manager in the aviation department of Dyremose A/S, leasing out crew to major European business aviation operators.
